To reach the greatest quality during the harvest, the pepper is reaped before ripening and after that is placed to dry under the sun rays. Bioperine is known for its effect to enhance the efficiency of many supplement nutrients. Bioperine acts to enhance the body’s natural therogenic activity – giving the name thermonutrient. This enhancement brings about increased metabolic rate creating demand for supple of many nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, herbals, amino acids. It sets in motion a process that brings about better digestion and faster gastrointestinal absorption.
Caffeine is a powerful and very common alkaloid supplement used in Lean Stack primarily to increase the body’s ability to lose weight quickly, boost energy and stimulate the brain into more activity with better clarity. Chromium Polynicotinate is a product associated with medical food. It is used as a nutritional support in diabetes related conditions. Chromium polynicotinate is said to be nothing but an assimilated form of chromium. It is said to be the most effective type of chromium. It is absorbed by the body in its biologically active form. It is also crucial to the process of synthesis of fats, protein and cholesterol. Chromium polynicotinate if taken in monitored dosage can help stabilize blood sugar levels. This proves beneficial for people suffering from diabetes as well as hypoglycemia. Its main property is to produce insulin. Therefore, it helps in the metabolism of glucose. This type of chromium polynicotinate helps in the production of anabolic effects which have no side effects. On the other hand, they help in keeping the fat cells away from the muscle cells.
CLA is the abbreviation for Conjugated linoleic acids. It belongs to the linoleic acid group. These acids are mainly found in dairy products and meat. Conjugated linoleic acids have been said to have antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. Research has been conducted on mice and rats to see whether these acids can help hinder the growth of tumors in mammary, colon and skin tissues. Studies are also being conducted on whether conjugated linoleic acids can help reduce abdominal fat. Although, some researchers are of the opinion that supplements containing CLA may have certain side effects. It is believed that these supplements when taken by over weight people might tend to increase the insulin resistance, thus resulting in high chances of developing diabetes. This is said to be one of the major side effects of CLA.
Cocoa Seed Extract, which is standardized for caffeine, tyramine, phenylethylamine and theobromine. Cocoa seed extract is thought to possibly help speed up the metabolism and provide feelings of fullness.

Dandelion contains over two dozen other nutrients but primarily contain large concentrations of vitamins A, C, and K as well as calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium.
DMAE is an organic compound also known as dimethylaminoethanol, Deanol, beta – dimethylaminoethyl alcohol or N, N-dimethyl-2-aminoethanol; a biochemical precursor to the peripheral and central nervous systems’ neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is also one of the many neurotransmitters in the autonomic nervous system and furthermore the one and only active neurotransmitter in the somatic nervous system, as well as in all autonomic ganglia. DMAE is related to choline and is deemed to have nootropic properties. It seems that supplements containing DMAE, which have gained popularity in recent times, improve the energy levels, promote relaxation during sleep and improve memory and learning capabilities. In athletic and body building circles, athletes use DMAE to shorten the recovery time after demanding trainings and to improve the overall athletic performances.

oil. Even though stearic acid is a saturated fat, studies have suggested that it has little effect on blood cholesterol levels, because such a high proportion is converted to oleic acid.
Vanadyl Sulfate, while nutritionally not deemed necessary, is a very common component of food supplements and body building products. This inorganic compound is believed to mimic to some extent the effects of insulin, which, among other things, controls the uptake of glucose and apparently vanadyl sulfate would thereby promote better energy delivery to the muscles. While most of the vanadyl sulfate currently being sold in nutritional supplements and drugs is won by extracting vanadium from petroleum residues, some providers profess other sources, such as eggs, radishes, oats, buckwheat and vegetable oil. While possible deployment of vanadyl sulfate as a treatment method for diabetes is still being researched, the body building community has embraced this supplement as an energy increasing, muscle toning aid towards a better workout.

Vitamin B12, or rather the Vitamin B complex, is a group of vitamins that are all soluble in water and very often coexist in food sources. While every single Vitamin from the B complex group has a name, they are very often referred to by the number added to the Vitamin B group name, like Vitamin B1, which is thiamine, or Vitamin B2, which is riboflavin. Some other compounds have been added to the Vitamin B group at some time, but were later dropped, like adenine, orotic acid or adenosine monophosphate, where later research found that they are either synthesized by the human body or simply no Vitamins. Vitamin B complex supports the metabolism rate, maintains muscle tone and skin, raises functions of the nervous system and the immune system, promotes red blood cells and cell growth and division and much more.
Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble member of the vitamin B complex. It exists in thre forms and often occurs in nature as a mixture of these three forms. Vitamin B6 is involved in protein, fat, and sugar metabolism.
Vitamin C- Perhaps the most popular vitamin, L-ascorbic acid is viewed as an essential nutrient and is required to synthesize collagen in humans. The L-enantiomer of ascorbic acid, or Vitamin C for short, is the famous ingredient of oranges and other citrus fruits. It has been said that a glass of pure squeezed orange juice provides the daily requirement of Vitamin C. While the antioxidant function is deemed important, other biosynthetic functions are of vital significance. It provides an electron for eight different enzymes, besides the aforementioned synthesis of collagen; it aids the synthesis of carnitine and neurotransmitters, synthesis and catabolism of tyrosine and the metabolism of microsome. The additional function as a reducing agent, keeping iron and copper at bay is an additional trait.
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin and is an antioxidant. Vitamin E helps to gradually break down blood clots in the circulatory system and helps prevent more from forming. Involved in red blood cell formation.
White Kidney Bean Extract- The extract of white kidney bean is a key ingredient which is seen in many of the carb blockers.
